Description. Ability to set the Remote Check Out Folio Delivery Method to Print, E-mail or both.

Internal Name. REMOTE_CHECKOUT_FOLIO_DELIVERY

Property Determination. When a guest checks out of the hotel remotely, the value that is selected for this application setting is how the guest will receive their folio for their reservation.

Note: In order for the guest to receive emails, they first have to agree to receive email communications from the property.

Notes.

When the check out is completed through a Kiosk or MyStayManager, then the in_email_folio_YN will be set to true (Y) from Webservice.

 

Email Subject and Body will be based on the configuration set for the Billing delivery method from Configuration>Property>Delivery Method>Billing

 

When multiple Folio Windows exist for the reservation, then an email will be sent for each Folio Window. For example, if there are 3 Folio Windows attached to the reservation, then the guest would receive 3 emails.
