Reservation Refresh (resv_refresh_bi with GEN14.FMX)

The Reservation Refresh report (resv_refresh_bi with GEN14.FMX) shows those reservations that have been successfully and unsuccessfully updated for a specific Activity Date (From/To date range) via the Rate Header refresh and Auto Attach Element refresh process. The report can be filtered by Rate Codes and Rule Codes.

The Sort Order includes the CRS No., Confirmation No., Guest Name, Room No., and Arrival Date.

The following columns appear on the report:

• Room No.
• Guest Name
• CRS No.
• Conf. No.
• Refreshed Attribute
• Print Rate
• Res. Auto Attachment
• Routing
• Posting Rhythm
• Reason

For reservations that are not successfully updated, a row for Unsuccessful Reason displays the description of the reason, such as Reservation is locked by another User.
