Profile Auto Merge Chain Configuration

The Review Domain Configuration Changes and Profile Auto Merge Domain Configuration screen are accessed from Configuration>Profiles>Profile Auto Merge Setup>Chains menu option when the user has been granted the Profile Config>Profile Automerge Configuration user permission.

Note: The Review Domain Configuration Changes Screen is only displayed when first accessing the menu option, when configuration changes have been made since the last time this option was accessed, or an error occurred during a merge. In all other cases, the Profile Auto Merge Configuration Screen is displayed when accessing the menu option.

Review Domain Configuration Changes Screen

Display Grid

Chain. Displays the Chain Code in the schema where the configuration changes or errors occurred.

Property. Displays the Property Code where the configuration or changes or errors occurred.

Rule. If a Merge Rule was updated, the merge rule is populated that had its configuration changed or that an error occurred for.

Scope. Indicates the scope that the domain was updated for (i.e., GLOBAL, CHAIN, OWNERSHIP, ESP, MYFIDELIO, ORSCM). When the Profiles>Chain Ownership application function is set to N and the Profile Auto Merge is run in, i.e. PMS, then the Scope will display OFF.

Status. Displays the status of the change.

Process Code. Displays the Process Code for the error.

Process Message. Displays the Process Message for the error.

Profile Auto Merge Domain Configuration Screen

This screen displays a list of the Chains and Properties that are included in the Profile Auto Merge procedure when it is ran.

Search Criteria

Chain Code. Select the down arrow to choose a specific Chain to configure the Domain for in the Profile Auto Merge procedure.

Search Results Grid

Chain. Chain Code for the domain.

Property. Property that is registered for the Profile Auto Merge routine to run.

Rule Code. Merge Rule that will be running when the procedure is started.

Delay Days. No of days to delay before the actual merging of the profiles occurs.

Button Functions

Delete All. Available for users that have been granted the Profile Config>Profile Automerge Chain Delete user permission, select to delete all of the Profile Auto Merge Chains displayed.

View Log. Select to view the merge statistics for the highlighted, or for all, of the chain codes that are displayed. See Profile Auto Merge Statistics for details.

Save. Select to save the highlighted Profile Auto Merge Chain Configuration.

OK. Select to save the highlighted Profile Auto Merge Chain Configuration and close the screen.

Close. Select to close the screen. If the Chain Configuration had not been saved, then a prompt is displayed to Save the Chain Configuration or not.
