ROOM ORDER PREFERENCE FOR UNITS Application Setting

Description. Within the F3 Room Assignment screen when the OVOS license is active and search is conducted for multiple room types, the setting works in conjunction with the Room Display Order setting to determine if Units (room types with rotation) should display before or after non-unit rooms.
With Unit Grading Active:
If ROOMS WITH GRADE FIRST is selected, OPERA will first display rooms with a grade assigned for the selected room types. These will be followed by those rooms without grade assigned in the order set in the ROOM DISPLAY ORDER application setting.
If ROOMS WITH GRADE LAST is selected, OPERA will first display rooms without a grade assigned in the order set in the ROOM DISPLAY ORDER application setting followed then by those rooms with grade assigned.
With Unit Grading Inactive:
If ROOMS WITH POINTS FIRST is selected, Opera will first display room types with Rotation Setup/Points first. These will be followed by those rooms without Rotation Setup/Points defined in the order set in the ROOM DISPLAY ORDER application setting.
IF ROOMS WITH POINTS LAST is selected, Opera will first display rooms without Rotation Setup/Points in the order set in the ROOM DISPLAY ORDER application setting followed then by those room types with Rotation Setup/Points.

ROOMS WITH POINTS LAST- Room Types configured for Rotation will display AFTER types that are not configured. (Available when the Ownership>Unit Grade application parameter is set to N)
ROOMS WITH GRADE FIRST- Rooms configured with a Grade for the selected room types will display BEFORE rooms without a Grade assigned. (Available when the Ownership>Unit Grade application parameter is set to Y)
ROOMS WITH GRADE LAST- Rooms configured with a Grade for the selected room types will display AFTER rooms without a Grade assigned. (Available when the Ownership>Unit Grade application parameter is set to Y) |
