VIEW SERVICE REQUESTS Permission

Permission Group. GENERAL

Description. Users with this permission will have view-only access to Front End Service Requests. They will be able to do this from all areas where Service Requests can be accessed (Reservation Options, Profile Options, Housekeeping and Miscellaneous). No access to configuration is granted with this permission.
