Activation / Inactivation Rules. 

This setting is only visible when the application function SUB EVENTS ACTIVE is Active.

The Rate Code selected in this application setting will be defaulted to a Sub Event on creation.

If there is no value in this application setting, a Sub Event will inherit the Rate Code from its Master Event upon creation.

If the value in this application setting is not configured for the Function Space defaulted to the Sub Event, the Rate Code field is left blank and user will have to select a valid Rate Code.

When the Function space on the Sub Event is changed, the application setting default is disregarded and normal event behavior is followed.

If a Discount % has been added to a Master Event, that Discount is only applied to the Sub Event if there is no value in this application setting.

When an Event is Converted to a Sub Event:

• If the user selects for the sub event to inherit the master event's space, the Rate Code will default based on the value in this application setting.
• If the user selects for the sub event to not inherit the master event's space, no change will be made to the Rate Code on the Sub Event.
