S&C Advanced Reporting Account Statistics Template

The Account Statistics Template is a sample dashboard.This report should be used as a template when writing an S&C Advanced Reporting Account Statistics report that will be filtered by Stay Date. This report combines Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Summary statistics tables, including:

• Company_stat_daily, agent_stat_daily, source_stat_daily
• Profile_monthly_statistics
• Profile_yearly_statistics

  Note: If desired, you may modify the report fields for your own report needs (except for the Stay Date). See Modifying the S&C Advanced Reporting Account Statistics Template below.

Prerequisites

Prior to running this report in 5.0.04.00 (after an upgrade from a previous version), these tasks must be done:

• Populate each property and SFA with the Daily, Monthly, and Yearly statistical tables using the Synchronize Summary Profile Statistics Utility (Utilities>Synchronize Summary Profile Statistics Utility permission required).
• Populate the profile_relationship_hier table for maintaining the accounts' hierarchy up to 10 levels. This is done with the Synchronize Relationship Hierarchy Utility (Utilities>Synchronize Relationship Hierarchy permission required).
• If the account statistic report will be run from SFA for an interfaced property, the reservation_stat_daily table must be transferred via OXI and the application parameter General>Populate Reservation Statistics Tables must be set to Y. Displaying the Account Statistics Template

Select the Account Statistics Template prompt. The Account Statistics Template will display.

Selection Criteria

The template provides the following default prompts for creating your report.

• Account Type. Select the account type for which you want to view statistics.
• Property (Available for selection in a multi-property environment) Select the property whose statistics you want to view.
• Stay Date. Enter the Start Date MM/DD/YYYY and End Date MM/DD/YYYY for the date range you want to view.

Select Go to generate the report.

The report displays, based on your selected criteria. You can drill down from the Year to view the Quarter statistics.

Modifying the S&C Advanced Reporting Account Statistics Template

You may modify the default columns and fields for your report - except for the Stay Date which should not be changed. You may also add or remove new fields. To begin modifying the report fields, access Answers>Catalog>Shared Folders>SC Analytics>Template Report>Modify.

In the Criteria Tab, combine criteria from one or more columns from the Account Statistics subject area. Click on the Result Columns or Criteria links below the Column heading to edit the corresponding columns and filters. As fields are added or removed, they must also be added or removed from each of the Criteria (Account Statistics). The number of columns and their data types must be consistent across all Criteria and Result Columns.
