Description. When Copy Expected Rental to Forecast is active and the Use Forecast Revenue Only check box is selected for the Event on the Event>Details Tab, the Expected Function Space Revenue (Event>Revenue tab/Expected field) will also be populated in the Forecasted Function Space Revenue columns (Event>Revenue tab/Forecasted FC per Pers and FC Flat/Total).

• The Revenue Type considered for this functionality is based on the value in the application setting Catering>DEFAULT SPACE REVENUE TYPE.
• The Forecast Revenue will continue to be updated until the Use Forecast Revenue Only check box is unselected on the Event>Details Tab.
• Both the rate per person and total forecast will be populated in the Event>Revenue tab/FC per Pers and FC Flat/Total columns. The Forecast Revenue will be inserted as Flat, unless the rate code attached to the Function Space is Per Person (then it will not be Flat).
• If the selected Rate Code is marked for F&B Minimum, the system will deduct the Forecast Amount from the Revenue Types that contribute to the minimum, before populating the Forecast amount.
