Notes. When both the master and the sub-allocation are elastic, and a user has the permission to edit the grid of the sub-allocation (grid edit permission), the master allocation grid will be updated when there are not enough rooms available on the sub-allocation and the master allocation, then user can decide whether or not to borrow from house inventory.
