Master Info Screen

The Master-Sub Info screen displays when the Master Info button is selected from the Business Block Summary screen.

• Access the Business Block Summary screen by selecting the Business Block Options button and then choosing the Statistics button.

At the Master-Sub Info screen you can view a summary for each Master Allocation and Sub-Allocation for:

• (Block) all Blocked Rooms
• (Sold) Picked-Up Rooms
• (Avail) Available Rooms
• (Nett) Number of rooms left on the master allocation which have not yet been distributed to any sub-allocations. This column is only filled for master allocations and the grand total and is left blank for sub-allocations.
• (# Pers) Picked-Up # of Persons for each day of the Master.
• A Total summary as well as a summary by room type are displayed. In the lower section of the screen, the same data is displayed separated by sub-block or sub-allocation. Only physical reservation pick-up will appear as pick-up for the master-allocation. Rooms that have been allocated from the master allocation to a sub-allocation will still appear as available on the master allocation.

Scrolling right and left through the screen will move one day (>) forward and (>>) will move three days forward.
