Description. Users can choose whether they want to compare past figures of rooms, revenues, etc. based on the day of the week or by date only. The calculation method is for past data in the Reservation PACE cube. Valid selections are:

• DAY = past data is calculated for the same day of the same week in the previous year/week (i.e. Snapshot Date is Friday May 27, 2011. Previous year (YAGO) day comparison will be Friday May 28.
• DATE = past data is calculated for the same date of the previous period irrespective of the day of the week (i.e. Snapshot Date is Friday May 27, 2011. Previous year (YAGO) date comparison will be Thursday May 27.

  Note: The process will only apply to data calculated since the day the setting is activated. If the old data needs to be refreshed, then a Full Build of the Reservation PACE Cube is required.
