Description. The Show Events and Resource Lookup in PMS parameter is visible in PMS for properties that have both PMS and S&C licenses active when the application function Catering>Catering Events is set to Y. This parameter is not visible for properties in a PMS only environment, nor is it visible in an S&C only environment. When active, from within PMS, users can access S&C menu drop-down options Reservations>Blocks>Events, Event Waitlist, and Resource Lookup.

The application function Catering>Catering Events must be set to Y for the Show Events and Resource Lookup in PMS parameter to be visible.

When the Show Events and Resource Lookup in PMS application parameter is active, these menu options are available in PMS when selecting Reservations>Blocks:

The Events menu option is available.

The Event Waitlist menu option is available when the application function Catering>Event Waitlist is active.

The Resource Lookup menu option is available when the application function Catering>Event Resources is active.

- The Resource Lookup submenu option Catering Packages/Templates>Package and Templates Setup is available when the application function Catering>Event Packages and Catering>Event Templates is active.

- The Resource Lookup submenu option Catering Packages/Templates>Pricing Setup is available when the application function Catering>Event Packages is active.
