Synchronize Financial Statistics
Select Utilities>Synchronize Utilities>Synchronize Financial Statistics to display the Synchronize Financial Statistics screen. Use this screen to recalculate and update the financial adjustments for a specified period. This ensures that all adjustments and transactions are included in the current Financial Stat Daily Table. This same procedure can also be initiated by the End of Day Final Procedure - Populates Financial Daily Statistics for Datamart from Financial Transactions Table (data_mart_api.populate_stat_daily).
This utility takes into consideration the application setting PRIOR DAYS TO SYNC IN DATAMART which will include the number of past days from the current business date for synchronization. For example, if you selected the Begin/End Date as today's business date, the system would also synchronize financial data by default for the three previous days, or for the past number of days the user specified in the application setting. This ensures that manual adjustments made for a past date are included in the current financial statistics.
To run the Financial Statistics synchronization utility, provide the following information and select the OK button.
Property. This LOV appears when the OPP_MHOT OPERA Property Management Multi-Property Base add-on license code or OPR<version number>ORS license code is active. Select the down arrow to select a property from the list of values.
Begin Date. Enter the beginning date for when you want the financial statistics to synchronize.
End Date. Enter the ending date to be covered by the synchronization action.
When complete, you will receive the prompt "Synchronizing Complete."
