Description.  Activate Alerts Functionality

Property Determination. Do you want the ability to set a pop-up message to appear on the screen when you access a specific guest's account within specific areas? Alerts are messages attached to a reservation during check in, for in house reservation updates, or during checkout. Agents can attach a pre-defined alert or create their own special alerts to customize a reservation for a particular guest. Alerts give the ability to annotate a reservation with important information for the front desk agent, for example to call a manager upon arrival, collect an iron and ironing board upon departure, or note that a reservation was a gift and to not divulge the rate or payment option.
