As Holidex automatically deletes cancelled data this message will automatically fail. This can be flagged as ‘Reviewed’ in Message Status screen once verified.

Profile Lookup was used to find profile from external. Profile requested for download and XML message sent from FTCRS is the message that looks like a warning.

Rates

ValidateToPMS : Resort cannot handle multiple currencies, rejecting the message as the currency code "CAD" of the rate code is not same as the currency code "USD" of the resort.

Reason for error is that the Parameter MULTI CURRENCY is set to N at property level and the MULTI CURRENCY is set to Y at the External or ORS side. The prevailing handling is that OXI checks to see if the property will accept it based on that paramter and if the currency is not the same as the property base currency it will be 'rejected' with the appropriate error.
