Attach an Activity to Account

  1. Select the Activities button.

    The Activities screen displays.

  2. Enter your search criteria.

    If a contact already has activities, they will display. If not, you can create an activity by selecting the New button.

  3. Fill in the Activities information on the Detail tabbed form.
  4. Select the Attach button to attach the activity to the account.
  5. Select the Notes tab to enter any comments.
  6. Select the Assignments tabbed screen.
  7. Select the OK button.

    The Main Activities screen re-displays with the new activity listed.

  8. Select the Close button to exit.
