Description.  Ask for Authorizer Password on manual comp transfer to comp windows.

Property Determination. When moving a transaction to a comp window, users are prompted for the authorizer password belonging to the authorizer for the target window when this parameter is active. The type of transaction being moved must be specifically attached to the list of transaction codes assigned to that authorizer ID.
