Business Rules for Reservation changes to-from Marsha

This topic contains the following business rules for reservation changes to Marsha:

Transient single resehrvation changes

• The CRR and the PMR components must always be sent in a reservation change. The CRS confirmation number in the CRR component is the only matching criterion for finding the reservation in MARSHA.
• MARSHA will only accept a reservation change if the original reservation details are sent together with the new changes. The original data will be delivered with request code XX. And the new contents are delivered with request code NN.
• Profile details are uploaded for a reservation change. The GST section is not necessarily needed in a reservation change unless changes are reflected here.

Company reservation changes with new company profile attached

The new company details are not uploaded, all other changes made will be sent.

Contiguous reservation changes

If changes to a contiguous reservation are made in PMS, all the former RAT components will be sent with XX and new ones sent with NN in the component.
