Description. Comma separated email addresses of hotel staff requiring email notification when a guest checks in remotely.

Internal Name. CHECKIN_EMAIL_RECIPIENTS

Property Determination. The purpose of this application setting allows a property to enter in specific email addresses for hotel staff that need to receive an email when specific guests check in remotely (e.g., MyStayManager). This setting, for example, can notify hotel staff via email that the guests room keys need to be prepared so that all they need to do is pick them up at the front desk. Thus, cutting down on the amount of time the guest needs to spend at the front desk.

When the check in is completed through a Kiosk or MyStayManager, then the in_email_staff_YN will be set to true (Y) from Webservice in order to send the email to the specified email addresses.
