Description.  Rate Details can be configured by five user defined buckets. The minimum and maximum age for Buckets 1, 2 and 3 and the labels for the Buckets 4 and 5 are user defined in Application Settings (RATES Group).

Property Determination. Rates by Defined Buckets function lets you set separate rates based on the number of children when the children are staying in the room without an adult (that is, when the reservation specifies 0 adults). Rates may be set for one child, two children, three children, and four children. When the number of children staying in a room without an adult is greater than the number for which separate rates have been specified, an Extra Child rate is applied.
