Description.  Activate the Facility Management Functionality

Internal Name. FACILITY_MANAGEMENT

Property Determination. Does the property wish for Housekeeping Cleaning schedules to be based on frequency values, i.e Clean the guest room every other day, or once for each seven days the guest stays at the hotel? Facility Management allows for configuration of Facility Tasks such as Full Service, Light touch, etc. and Facility Codes which represent items or materials associated with the facility task (e.g., Hand towel, Bath Amenities, Pillowcase). Frequency schedules are then setup for room types which then automatically default to reservations. Task sheets and Facility forecasts can then be generated based on these facility schedules.
