Description. Create and email folios for guest windows 1-8.

When FOLIO EMAIL PER WINDOW parameter is active, the purpose of the FOLIO EMAILING (1-8) setting will be to determine if the EFolio check box on the Multiple Payments screen will be checked by default or not. If set to Yes, then EFolio check box will be checked by default if Allow Email is checked on the Profile. If set to No, then EFolio check box will not be checked by default even if Allow Email is checked on the Profile.

Internal Name. FOLIO_EMAILING

Property Determination. Email folio at time of settlement. This setting determines whether the Email Folio check box appears on the Payment screen at the time of settlement, and if so, whether it is checked or unchecked by default.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

This setting is not available if Cashiering>Folio Copy Legend is set to Y.

Available Values.

Yes - Email Folio appears on Payment screen and is checked by default. No - Email Folio appears on Payment screen and is unchecked by default. Never - (Default) Email Folio check box is hidden on the Payment screen.
