Description. Always sends GDS property upload messages for new property creation.

Property Determination. Available when the OPG_ODD Pegasus ODD Online Distribution Database add-on license is active. From the Status Update screen, users can create an initial property upload from the property database to the Pegasus ODD interface after which the property data upload process will be automated and not require manual uploading. Each time property information is updated, the GWIZ PROPERTY UPLOAD SERVICE will automatically send property upload messages to the Pegasus ODD Interface.
