Description.  Activate House Assignments Functionality

Internal Name. HOUSE_ASSIGNMENT

Property Determination. Do you want the ability to hold specific rooms aside from being blocked by the front office without affecting availability?  (This essentially "hides" a room from the vacant room search) Rooms can be placed on assignment for general or housekeeping reasons as defined by the property. Neither of these statuses prevent a room from being booked, however, they will forewarn Reservations as to their status that may cause them to book or check in to these rooms. General Assignment rooms will be removed from the vacant room list and will not auto block at check in. Housekeeping Assignment rooms will appear on the vacant room list and are available at check in.

Activation / Inactivation Rules. 

Cannot inactivate the function if House Assignments are existing.
