Triton

Only displayed when the OPX_TRITON - OPERA XChange Interface for TRITON add-on license is active. Select to launch the TRITON external QMS system. When launching TRITON, user will be authenticated through OPERA's external authentication feature.

Once authenticated, user will be directed to the appropriate area of TRITON based on the XML information that is passed. For example, if a PROFILE is sent, the user will be directed to the PROFILE area of TRITON. If a room number is sent, the user will be directed to the ROOM area of TRITON.

View Only

Indicates that the Business Block or Lead is locked for edits and can only be viewed. View Only appears when:

- The business block was created in central and locked for remote or local properties. Or, when the business block was created at the property and locked for central. The Control Centrally check box or the Control LOV on the business block can be selected for either the property or central to be in control (in the case of Control LOV ‘Both’ can be selected). The View Only lamp displays on the business block screen that is locked (central or property). When users are granted the permission BLOCKS > EDIT LOCKED BLOCKS, this lamp can be double-clicked to override the lock. Once changes are saved, control returns to the external system.

- A lead has not yet been confirmed (lead status is still PEL), and if the application parameter LEADS > ALLOW LEAD UPDATE ON PROPERTY = Y, the control will be given to the remote property, and the lead will be locked in central.

- A lead has not been confirmed and the application parameter LEADS > ALLOW LEAD UPDATE ON PROPERTY = N, the control will be given to Central/SFA, and the lead will be locked on property level.

- A lead has been confirmed (CFL) and the application parameter LEADS > MAINTAIN CONTROL CENTRALLY AFTER CFL = N, the control will be given to the remote property, and the lead/block will be locked in central.

- A lead has been confirmed (CFL) and the application parameter LEADS > MAINTAIN CONTROL CENTRALLY AFTER CFL = Y, the control will be given to central/SFA, and the lead / block will be locked in the remote property.
