Lead Display Setup: Lead Elements - Data Exchange

The SFA Leads configuration options are used to set up sales lead handling for SFA. SFA features are available when the OPF<version number> OPERA SFA license is active. The Lead Elements - Data Exchange screen may be used to control what information is submitted with each pass.  See Adding, Sending, and Resending Leads for details.

Note: Data lead sending is not allowed for any property that is flagged as running a non-OPERA S&C system (Property Details>Hotel Contacts Tab>Do not Send Data Leads checkbox). On the Lead screen, the DATA communication method will not be available and only EMAIL leads can be sent. When a lead to a non-OPERA S&C property gets confirmed (CFL), the lead will not get converted into a booking, to prevent the triggering of business events to the remote property. See Property Configuration - Property Details for more details.

To access the Lead elements - Data Exchange screen select System Configuration> Profile>SFA/Leads> Lead Elements - Data Exchange.
