Membership Claims Report (rep_mem_claim with REP_MEM_CLAIM.FMX)
The Membership Claims Report (rep_mem_claim) allows you to track submitted membership claims for a property or non-property type, such as ORS/OCIS. This report also shows all membership claims submitted by the hotel. In addition, it shows the user who submitted the claim, reason for the claim and the membership type and number.
Property. Available when the OPP_MHOT Multi-property PMS add on license is active. Select the down arrow and choose one or more properties for which you wish to report membership claims.
Include Non-Property. Select to include non-property claims in the report, such as ORS/OCIS claims. These types of claims will be included along with property claims.
From Date/To Date. Select the start date and end date for the period to report. You may use the calendar tool or enter the dates as text. The default dates are the current business date.
Membership Type. Select the down arrow to choose the membership types to report. The default (null) is all membership types.
Claim Status. Select the down arrow to choose one or more claim statuses you wish to report.
Preview. Select to preview the report in a PDF format.
Print. Select to print the report.
File. Select to save the report as a file.
Close. Select to exit the specific report.
The report includes the following columns:
Property. Property where the voucher was issued.
Property Name. Property name.
Number. Claim number. This is the Unique ID number assigned to the claim by the system.
Type. Claim type, such as NEWCARD (lost/replaced card), STAY (missing stay credit), and XXXX (lost card).
Arrival Date. Arrival date for the stay associated with the claim.
Departure Date. Departure date for the stay associated with the claim.
Submit. This column displays the date the claim was submitted as well as user who submitted the claim.
Last Approve. This column displays the date of approval as well as user who approved the claim.
Last Reject. This column displays the date of last rejection as well as user who rejected the claim.
Comments. Comments for the claim.
Membership Type. Membership type associated with the claim.
Membership Number. Membership number associated with the claim.
Rate Code. Rate code associated with the claim.
