Description. The number of nights a guest must pay for before check in is completed with Reservations>Cashiering Flow at Checkin/During Stay set to FORCE PAYMENT. If the reservation nights are less than the value in this application setting then the user will not be able to change the nights to a value less than the reservation nights that default on the Payment screen during check in. For example, if 2 is specified as the Minimum Nights To Pay With Force Payment and the reservation is for 1 night, 1 appears in the Nights field on the Payment screen and it cannot be changed. If the reservation is for 3 nights, 3 appears in the Nights field on the Payment screen; you may change the Nights value to 2, but not to 1. In no case may you specify a number of nights equal to 0 or greater than the number of nights on the reservation.
