ORS Merge Stats
ORS Merge Statistics
The Match Stats screen is accessed by selecting the Match Stats button from the Suspended Profiles screen within ORS (Profiles>Suspended Profiles>Match Stats).
At this screen, managers can evaluate Stage Profile Statistics and various performance statistics of the Match & Merge process. The screens will help determine if changes to Match Criteria and/or Merge Rules are needed for more efficient processing of profiles. This criteria was established through System Configuration>Profile>External Interface>Merge Rules.
The Match Stats screen captures the match process every time the profile is uploaded from an external system.
Note: Only suspended profiles for properties the user has permission to access (Setup>User Configuration>Users) will be displayed.
Property. Select a property for which the suspended profiles shall be displayed. Only properties the user has permission to access will be displayed in the LOV.
Name Type. If you want to filter for Matches found, select the ORS profile type. If you want to filter for Invalids, select the external system profile type.
Import From/To Date Range. Enter the date range for when the suspended profiles have been received.
The screen contains the results of your search.
Property. Displays the filtered property(s) having suspended profiles.
Name Type. The filtered ORS or external system profile type having suspended profiles.
Match Criteria. The criteria used to find profile matches.
Points. The points weighed during the merge process for the threshold (the minimum or maximum points a profile has to achieve in order to be matched) and for the matches (defined by the user and set according to the data field/combination of data fields that the user selected during setup).
Import Date. The date when the suspended profile was received.
Process Time. The time when the suspended profile was received.
Order. This column indicates the number of multiple matches that were found.
Summary. Select the Summary button to view the match statistics at a more detailed level. The Stats By Summary screen appears where the count per match criteria is displayed.
Edit. Select this button to view the highlighted suspended profile statistics. This information appears on the Match Stats - View screen (below).
This screen displays the Match Criteria and Count (number of profiles meeting the predefined threshold) for all profiles on the Match Stats screen. You can further view by Property, Type, and a combination of Property and Name Types.
Property. Displays the statistics by Property, Match Criteria, and Count (Above Upper Threshold, Between the Lower and Upper Threshold, or Below Lower Threshold). See screen example below.
Type. Displays the statistics by Name Type (profile type), Match Criteria, and Count (Above Upper Threshold, Between the Lower and Upper Threshold, or Below Lower Threshold). See screen example below.
Property/Type. Displays the statistics by Name Type (profile type), Match Criteria, and Count (Above Upper Threshold, Between the Lower and Upper Threshold, or Below Lower Threshold). See screen example below.
