Comp Night Adjustments - The Comp Night Adjustments report displays comp night adjustment information for a specified date range.

Rotation Overrides - The Rotation Overrides report displays units participating in the room type rotation program that were reserved prior to being next in the rotation sequence.

Owner Arrivals and Checked In Today - The Owner Arrivals and Checked In Today report provides an account of owners that are either arriving today or have checked in today.

Owner Comp Nights - The Owner Comp Nights report displays comp night information for a specified date range.

Owner Exceptions- The Owner Exception report displays reservations that are counted as exceptions, such as reservations that should have been made as a rental reservation, or reservations that were made for units with no contract.

Owner Revenue Deductions - The Owner Revenue report provides an overview of owner revenue and deductions. The report displays any monies generated from room stays and any fees/associated costs. In addition, the report displays any hotel revenue.

Owner Statements Summary - The Owner Statement Summary report provides an overview of owner account activity for a specific period. The report displays the account number, the owner name, the units owned, owner revenue, hotel revenue, the opening account balance, fees and payments made, money generated/paid from other activities, and the closing account balance.

Owner Statements Summary With Totals - The Owner Statement Summary With Totals report provides an overview of owner account activity for a specific period, including totals. The report displays the account number, the owner name, the units owned, owner revenue, hotel revenue, the opening account balance, fees and payments made, money generated/paid from other activities, and the closing account balance. The main difference between this report and the Owner Statement Summary report is that the Owner Statement Summary with Totals report displays the grand totals.

Preblocked Owner Room Reservations - The Preblocked Owner Room Reservations report displays reservation information for owner rooms that are preblocked. This includes both owner and friends and family reservations.

Revenue Adjustments - The Revenue Adjustments report allows you to see the revenue adjustments made for one or more units at a particular property for a particular period.

Room Occupancy - The Room Occupancy report provides owners and/or authorized users a snapshot of room occupancy for a specified date range.

Rotation Point Reconciliation - The Rotation Point Reconciliation report, available when the OPV_<version number> Opera Vacation Ownership System license is active, displays all rotation activity for a defined period in summary or detailed format.

Transactions on Hold - The Transactions on Hold Report provides users with a snapshot, by account, of unpaid transactions.
