Potential Reports
These reports compare potentials room nights, avg.rate, and revenue to actuals per-company or per-destination.
It is possible to select up to two potential forecast types at any one time and compare them against the actual figures that have been entered / attached for this potential.
Details reported are:
On the comparison level, the room nights, avg. rate, room revenue, F&B revenue and other revenue will be shown for the selected forecast types as well as for the actuals. Then, two variance lines will be printed for forecast type 1 versus actuals, revenue and percentages.
This will be repeated for comparison of forecast type 2 and actuals.
Destinations will cascade, and upon request, be consolidated to lower levels from the requested destination level ( e.g., if a report for Scandinavia is ordered, potentials for all cities and countries and other destinations that link up to Scandinavia will also be included in the report, either listed separately with their destination title, or consolidated up to Scandinavia).
It is possible to print the report summarized for the selected potential date range, or broken down into periods as configured and forecasted.
