Property Image Maintenance
The Property Image Maintenance screen may be used to add an image of the property to the Property screen. The Property Image Maintenance screen is accessed by selecting the New Image button from the Property Configuration screen (Configuration >Property>Property Details).
File Name. Enter the file name in .gif format for this image being setup.
Clear. Clear this field of the previously entered information.
Search. Select the search button to perform a query on the file name entered.
UDF Type. Displays the query results or any pre-existing entries. This is set up initially through the New button option described below.
Description. Displays the description as set in the New button function, along with the UDF Type.
Inactive. Click in this column to have an X display in the row of the image that is to be inactivated.
View. Select this button to have the image row highlighted display for viewing.
New and Edit. Select this button to have the Image Maintenance screen display, so that you may enter any new images.
File Name. Enter the file name for the new image (must be added in a .gif file format).
Description. Enter the description for this image.
OK. Save your changes and close the screen.
Delete. Select this button to delete the highlighted image icon.
