Property Search - Contacts

The Property Search - Contacts screen appears when you select the Contacts tab on the Sales Screen's Properties display. The Property Search - Contacts screen provides a list of the employees who have been designated as contacts for the property that is currently highlighted on the Properties screen.

Property contacts are set up in System Configuration>Property>Property Details).

The following information is provided on this screen. (Double-click a field to display its complete text.)

Name. Name property contact.

Title. Contact's title.

Phone. Local phone number for the contact.

Email.  Email address for the contact.

Fax. Fax phone number for the contact.
