Description. Activates restricting manual entry of credit card numbers from a non-encrypted device.
Internal Name. RESTRICT_CC_MANUAL_ENTRY
Property Determination. When this application parameter is active, the user is not allowed to enter the credit card number in the MICROS Payment Application from the keyboard, only from an encrypted reader device. Attempting to enter the credit card number will result in the message, "Manual entry is not allowed" being displayed upon the user trying to enter the second digit of the number.
