Description. When this parameter when active, Opera prevents reservations for units with a 'Negotiating' status.

Internal Name. RESTRICT_NEGOTIATED

Property Determination. To prevent the room assignment of units that have a 'Negotiated' contract status, this parameter would then need to be set to Y. Inactivating this parameter allows reservations to be assigned to unit numbers regardless of whether the unit's contract is in a 'Negotiated' or 'Actual' status.
