Owner Teams Setup

Sales Managers can be assigned groups or "teams" that may then be used as search criteria on the Business Block Ownership screen, the Potential Owner screen, and the Account Ownership screen when establishing or updating ownership. S&C Teams are not property-specific and they have no impact on user permissions.

To access the S&C Teams Setup screen, select Configuration > Setup >User Configuration>Owner Teams from the main menu.

Code. The code that is seen within the pick box from the application.

Description. The description that is seen within the pick box from the application.

Sequence. The sequence / order number of the code indicating where it will appear when listed in pick boxes. The default is alphabetic listing.
