Description. Activate Scheduled Check Out Functionality

Internal Name. SCHEDULED_CHECKOUT

Property Determination. The Scheduled Checkout feature allows automatic checkout of the guest at a specified time. Only guests having a zero balance can be automatically checked out using scheduled checkout. Following payment of the guest bill, a prompt asks whether the guest's checkout should be scheduled. You may opt for scheduled checkout and specify an automatic checkout time, or you may continue with a standard checkout. (If you schedule a checkout time, the Scheduled Checkout check box on the reservation Privileges screen is automatically selected and the checkout time you specify is automatically entered in the C/O Time field.) The guest's reservation status remains Due Out and will automatically change to Checked Out at the specified time, provided the balance remains at zero.
