Creating or Editing Unit Elements for Revenue Pools

To create new or edit existing unit elements, select the New or Edit buttons from the Unit Elements screen. A screen similar to the following image appears:

Complete the following fields and select the OK button.

Element Code. Enter a unique code used to identify and element.

Note: Element codes can only be used once and cannot be changed once created.

Description. Enter a description of the element.

Points. Enter the point value assigned to the element.

Trn. Code. Select the Accounts Receivable transaction code.

Display Seq. Enter the order that the unit element will be displayed on the screen.
