Description. Always update the Event ID into the Check Number Field on Posting.

Internal Name. UPDATE_CHECK_NUMBER_WITH_EVENT_ID

Property Determination. When this parameter is set to N, Banquet Posting functionality inserts the resource name and ID into the check number field in financial transactions on posting.

When this parameter is set to Y, on posting, instead of populating the resource name and ID into the check number field in financial transactions, populate the event name and ID.

Activation / Inactivation Rules.

This parameter will only display if the application setting Catering>Event Actuals Edit is set to Resource or Resource Option. When this setting is on Event or Event Option the Update Check Number With Event ID parameter is hidden.
