Description. Number of days after checkout that an open folio with zero balance will be closed automatically during End of Day.
Internal Name. ZERO_BALANCE_OPEN_FOLIO_CLOSE_DAYS
Property Determination. When a value is defined in this setting, all the open folios having 0 balance will be automatically closed during the night audit after the 'X' number of days have passed since the reservation departure date. All the billing windows must have 0 balance in order to close an open folio automatically.

Available Values. |
Enter the number of days from 0 to 365. The default value of this setting is null. If a property decides to use this setting and defines a value, then on the first night audit, all the zero balance open folios that have 'X' number of days passed since the reservation departure date will be closed. |
