This diagram shows a medical dictionary with two group levels. The higher-level group includes levels SOC, HLGT, and HLT. The lower group includes PT and LLT. There is a many-to-many mandatory relationship between each pair of adjacent levels within and between the groups. In addition, there is a one-to-many mandatory relationship between PT and VT and a many-to-many optional relationship between PT and SSC.
