Selecting Columns to display
To ensure that the editable columns are displayed on the Roadmap page when modifying an activity, do the following:

To modify an activity or task, do the following:
Note: You can edit only some columns from within the grid. Some of the columns you can edit are the task name, resources, dependencies, duration, start date, end date, planned effort and comments. You cannot edit the task name if the task name comes from the roadmap. You can change the name only if it is a task you have added.
Note: Various settings on the activity determine if all the start/end dates are editable.
button to view the resource pop-up list. This pop-up shows a list of resources already on the Project Team. From this pop-up you can add a new resource to this activity and also to the Project Team. To do this, select the Project Role you want the new resource to take on. Then the pull-down will show the list of resources in the system that can take on this project role. You can also do a type-ahead in the resource pull-down box. Enter the last name of the resource and a list of matching resources will be shown, click on selected resource and on the Assigned checkbox.
You can also filter resources based on availability by clicking the Filter
button. You can select multiple resources and also enter the plan availability. Click on the
button to hold your changes in the resource pop-up while you are entering values on other fields. You must click the Save icon to save your changes.
Note: You cannot add tasks to a completed roadmap. The completed dates for a task cannot be in the future; it should be after the start date of the task. User created tasks may be deleted but roadmap tasks can only be marked n/a.
