Email notifications

The Central Designer application sends email notifications whenever one of the following events related to automated deployments occurs:

• Deployment request is created.
• Deployment request is canceled.
• Deployment request is approved or rejected.
• Deployment is canceled.
• Deployment starts.
• Deployment completes successfully or with failures.

You select the users who receive email notifications when you create the deployment request. For more information, see Creating a deployment request.

Note: An administrator must configure the Central Designer application to send email notifications. For more information, see the Installation Guide.
