Oracle Commerce Platform 11.1 Migration Documentation

The table below shows the migration paths for each available upgrade to Oracle Commerce Platform 11.1 (formerly Oracle ATG Web Commerce). For instructions, see the appropriate migration guide, which provides the following information:

• Steps for creating your new database tables and migrating data from your old database
• Steps for migrating code and settings from the old version to the new one
• Any additional instructions or information required to complete the migration

Notes

• Installations migrated to 10.1 with the applicable kit, as shown above, can then be upgraded directly to 10.2 using the 10.1.2 migration kit and documentation.
• For migration purposes, 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2, and 10.0.3 are equivalent releases.
• Follow the instructions in the 2007.1 or 9.1 to 10.0 migration guides when upgrading to Oracle ATG Web Commerce 10.0.x from 2007.x or 9.x releases. Refer to the table above.

Locating Migration Kits

Migration kits containing scripts to upgrade your database schemas are available through the patch download system on My Oracle Support. The patch numbers corresponding to each migration kit are shown below.

  

For Oracle ATG Web Commerce 10.2 to 11.0, use the Oracle Commerce Platform 10.2 to 11.0 kit.
