This figure shows all the Convergence components and services. The mail service is provided by Oracle Communications Messaging Server. The calendar service is provided by Oracle Communications Calendar Server. The address book service is provided by Convergence or by Oracle Communications Contacts Server. The instant messaging service is provided by Oracle Communications Instant Messaging Server. The web real-time communication (WebRTC) service is provided by Oracle Communications WebRTC Session Controller. The indexing and search service is provided by Oracle Communications Indexing and Search Service. The services are delivered to the Convergence client, which resides in an application domain provided by GlassFish Server. Users authenticate with a directory server to access the Convergence client in a web browser.
