Contributor Relations Overview

Contributor Relations enables you to enter, track, and maintain biographic and demographic information about your constituents, as well as create and monitor comprehensive strategic and cultivation activity plans for prospects. For all prospects in the system, you can create, manage, and evaluate fund-raising efforts such as campaign initiatives, membership programs, and volunteer activities. You can track and acknowledge all types of commitments made by constituents and analyze donors' giving. In addition, you can manage and process gift payments made by credit card and through online giving sessions. Self-service Involvement enables online gifts and pledges for constituents and Self-Service Outreach provides tools for development officers at an institution.
