Defining Campus Events

To define campus events, use the following components: Event Type Table component (EVENT_TYPE_TABLE), Resource Code Table component (RESOURCE_CD_TABLE), and Staff Code Table component (STAFF_CODE_TABLE).

EVENT_TYPE_TABLE

select Campus Community, then select Campus Event Planning, then select Set Up Events, then select Event Type Table

Define the general types of events.

Resource Codes

RESOURCE_CD_TABLE

select Campus Community, then select Campus Event Planning, then select Set Up Events, then select Resource Code Table

Review or create codes for the resources to make available for events, such as tables, chairs, brochures, and banners.

Staff Codes

STAFF_CODE_TABLE

select Campus Community, then select Campus Event Planning, then select Set Up Events, then select Staff Code Table

Identify and set up the types of staff for events, such as speakers, admissions counselors, tour guides, cooks, and servers.

Access the Event Types page (select Campus Community, then select Campus Event Planning, then select Set Up Events, then select Event Type Table).
