  • select Student Financials, then select Collections, then select Collection Effort, then select View Customer Collector Queue, then select Collector Queue

  • select Student Financials, then select Collections, then select Collection Effort, then select View Corporate Collector Queue, then select Collector Queue

View collection activity for a student or corporation by collector queue, enabling you to view what is currently in a collector's queue.

Access the Collector Queue page (select Student Financials, then select Collections, then select Collection Effort, then select View Customer Collector Queue, then select Collector Queue).
