  • ASP.NET MVC 3.0: Oracle may not alter any copyright, trademark or patent notices in the Distributable Code. Oracle may not use Microsoft's trademarks to suggest our programs come from or are endorced by Microsoft. Oracle must include a valid Oracle copyright notice on Oracle programs.

  • ASP.NET Web Pages 1.0: Oracle may not alter any copyright, trademark or patent notices in the Distributable Code. Oracle may not use Microsoft's trademarks to suggest our programs come from or are endorced by Microsoft. Oracle must include a valid Oracle copyright notice on Oracle programs.

  • Microsoft Visual Studio Redistributables 9.0 (aka 2008): Must include copyright and intellectual property notices that Microsoft includes in the software files.

    Oracle may not use Microsoft's trademarks in its programs' names or in a way that suggests its programs come from or are endorsed by Microsoft. (Agreement, Sec. 3(c)(iii))

    The software contains third party programs. The license terms with those programs apply to Oracle's use of them. (Agreement, Sec. 2(c))

    Note: Although the license specifies that third party programs may be part of the component licensed, Development has confirmed that no third party programs are part of the redistributables except for Crystal Reports which Oracle is not distributing. Therefore there are no attribution requirements for the Oracle Documentation.

  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Redistributables (MS VS 2010): Must include Oracle copyright notice in Oracle applications containing the Distributable Code. Oracle must not use Microsoft's trademarks in Oracle program names or in a way that suggests Oracle programs come from or are endorsed by Microsoft.

  • MSXML 6.0: Oracle may not remove any proprietary marks.
