Selecting and Formatting the Account List

This option enables you to select and format the Account List, the selected Account List is used within the Cash Flow Dashboard and Reports.

  To select and sort the Account List, perform these steps:

  1. Select a Account List from the drop-down, and then click Formatting Button to format the Account List. The Selecting and Formatting the Account List dialog box is displayed.

    Note:

    If you have created number of Account List in the Business Model screen, then all the configured Account List are displayed in the drop-down.

  2. On Selecting and Formatting the Account List dialog box, perform these steps:

    1. By default the Dimension is selected to Account.

    2. Select the required Member List that you want to view in the Cash Flow Dashboard.

    3. Optional: Select the Show Description option to view the detail description of the Account Member.

    4. Optional: Select the Total check box to format the Account Member.

    5. Optional: Click Top of the list to move the selected row to the top of the list.

    6. Optional: Click One level above the current list to move the selected row to one level above the current list.

    7. Optional: Click One level below the current list to move the selected row to one level below the current list.

    8. Optional: Click Bottom of the list to move the selected row to the bottom of the list.

  3. After formatting and sorting the Account List, click Save and Close.

    Formatting the Account List is displayed.

    Note:

    As a returning user, you can change the existing Account List.
